Delhi Health Minister Satyendra Jain has canceled the license of Max Hospital due to their negligence in the death of a newborn baby. Speaking to the media he said, "This negligence just cannot be accepted."
For those who are unaware, a Premature baby was declared wrongly by the Max Super Speciality Hospital a few days back. This decision was taken by the 3 member panel who found the hospital guilty of medical negligence. The Hospital has never followed any medical norms and if they have followed, this death could have been averted.
The hospital handed over the twins by declaring dead and they gave them in 'Polythene packets'. But, one of the babies was alive when taken to the cremation ground. Police have been kept in large number around the hospital to avoid any mishap. Stay tuned with us for more updates.
