Congress lead UPA Govt has running out all options on how to pass the “T” bill in the assembly. The only alternative that UPA remains has imposing article 356 of the Indian constitution in AP. If it really comes true AP would face President Rule after 40 years. Earlier the state comes under President Rule in late PV era at the time of “Jai Andhra” moment.
Congress decided not to go back from the given promise to Telangana people. Soon after the release of YS Jagan, Congress high command speed up it’s activities on Telangana. As per Diggy Raja that “T”- Note will come before the Cabinet in October 03rd. Initially, Congress has planned to send directly to President Approval without sending for Assembly approval. After denying from Pranab for the proposal, Congress unwillingly sends the Cabinet proposal to AP assembly for opinion. Here the real game starts. CM Kiran hasn’t co-operated to High Command on any Telangana proceedings. “T” bill defeat in AP assembly. Knowing all these developments, Congress High Command seeks to impose President Rule in the state and trying to pass “T” bill.
Congress high command was severely attacked by SA Congress leaders like Rayapati, Kavuri, Lagadapati and Harsha Kumar. They feel that High Command neglect us because of Jagan. They openly criticized that match fixing allegations between YSRCP and Congress High Commnad. Only in the direction of High Command, YSRCP MLAs have tried to accept their resignations. As per analysts, to avoid all these hurdles Congress may go for President Rule in the state at any time in first week of October.
