He said voice vote was very sacred in parliamentary system and the President should respect it and not send the draft bill to parliament . CM Kiran said ' state bifurcation can not be decided by either  Delhi bosses  and their  committees like SRC, JPC or any other judicial committees but by democratic  voice and peoples vote. But Kiran resounded the voice of jagan who had been attacking Delhi and Sonia Gandhi in the same breath. ' I am not thinking of any new party or a new political pasture without congress ' he said reiterating that he would not leave the congress party.
