Congress MP from Andhra Pradesh Lagadapati Rajagopal has reportedly used pepper spray inside the Lok Sabha just a while ago to disrupt the proceedings due to which the Lok Sabha speaker adjourned the house till 2 p.m.
As soon as the house met at 12 noon, MP Lagadapati Rajagopal who was expelled recently from Congress released pepper spray towards other members and after the chaos, the speaker has adjourned the house with the house being vacated.
Two groups of protesters are also clashing outside Parliament even as heavy contingent of police have arrived with the volatile political atmosphere in AP now spilling onto Delhi's streets. The way Sonia Gandhi and UPA have pushed this bill, the reactions are quite expected.
With an MP from Seemandhra issuing suicide threat, now there is unprecedented security even at Parliament. Lagadapati Rajagopal reportedly said that this government can't bring the bill since it is only a minority bill with its own ministers opposing it and they are wholly depending on the Opposition to take the bill through!
