TDP chief Chandrababu Naidu had kicked off his election campaign in the Malkajgiri Lok Sabha constituency on Friday. After a series of speculations and many other theories, the candidate for this place on behalf of TDP got confirmed.
The TDP candidate Malla Reddy is engaged in a five way contest with sitting Congress MP Sarve Satyanarayana, Loksatta's Jayaprakash Narayan, YSR Congress candidate V Dinesh Reddy and TRS nominee M Hanumantha Rao.
Taking ahead his road show in the constituency, Naidu was seen playing to Seemandhra settlers' gallery in Moosapet which comes under the Kukatpally Assembly segment and Babu has vowed to protect them.
He thundered saying TRS only knows how to blackmail and threaten people saying protecting all of them is his responsibility. Moosapet has many people hailing from Srikakulam district and Naidu said all came to Hyderabad due to TDP's work and not because of the TRS or Congress.
