It’s a general phenomenon that strong MP always useful to the party and its MLAs. MP candidate is funding to its MLAs under Parliament Segment for the victory. Most of the parties have field strong financial candidates as their Parliament candidates guessing to extend financial support to MLA. It’s almost win-win policy that followed in all political parties.
It’s an exception to Machilipatnam TDP MP Candidate Konakalla Narayana. Konakalla was elected to the Parliament from Machilipatnam Segment with narrow majority over Congress MP Candidate Badiga RamaKrishna in 2009 elections. Konakalla is too weak to spend in the elections when compared to his current YSRCP opponent Former Minister Pardha Saradhy. One can’t deny Konakalla role against Telangana in Parliament and rescue operations to brought Telugu Pilgrims in Chardham Floods. Reportedly, CBN asked Konakalla to contest from Pedana Segment but he denied to contest.
CBN asked MLA candidates to look after financial dealings of Konakalla in this election. As per the sources that TDP Nominees Vamsi (Gannavaram) and Raavi (Gudiwada) will provide financial assistance to Konakalla. He is confident to win this Segment with support of strong TDP cadre and BC votes in Machilipatnam. Adding to that CBN has promised to visit again in Machilipatnam Segment for TDP victory. TDP new face in Penamaluru Bode Prasad is funding to Pamarru TDP Nominee Varla Ramayya.
