Nassar's son Faizal met with a major car accident in Manamai village near Mahabalipuram. Three others, supposedly his friends, who were there with him in the car died on the spot. Faizal was rushed to Chettinad Medical Hospital where he is currently undergoing treatment. The reason for the grave car crash is not known as yet. Meanwhile, actors Khushbu and Radhika Sarathkumar tweeted their prayers for Faizal's speedy recovery.
