Senior IAS Officer K. Ratna Prabha got relief from High Court in illegal assets case of YS Jagan Mohan Reddy. CBI accused Ratna Prabha in Indu Tech Zone aspect of Jagan’s illegal assets case. Ratna Prabha moved to HC to quash the CBI allegations against her saying that she had discharged her duty. HC also believed with her argument and quashed CBI charges against her. Now she showed the path to her IAS colleagues who involved in Jagan DA case.
Now another IAS officer was seek to follow Ratna Prabha. IAS Officer Shyambabu filed petition in CBI court to remove his name from Jagan case. CBI was named Shyambabu as accused in Lepakshi charge sheet. He told that render his duty and never committed any violation during discharged his duties. Shyambabu said that AP Govt also agreed there was no involvement in the case. Central Government also denied permission to do enquiry on him.
Hetero director Srinivasa Reddy also filed petition in CBI court claiming the same reason. He made an appeal to the court to remove his name from Jagan DA case. CBI court has postponed on enquiry of Jagan DA case to August 11th. Jagan was attended along with other ministers today in CBI Court.
