AP Chief Minister CBN ordered the ministers not to make public statements on capital of the state. But ministers just ignore CM orders and follow their own way. It seems that differences erupted out among the ministers of Andhra Pradesh on Capital of the state. Deputy CM KE Krishna Murthy is blamed Municipal Affairs Minister P. Narayana in announcing that Vijayawada as Capital of the state.
KE has found fault that real estate prices increased in Vijayawada because of Narayana announcement. KE said that government has announced that Vijayawada is only temporary Capital of the state. KE is strongly believed that Vijayawada is congested city and availability of lands is very difficult to gather. Revenue Minister KE announced that total Government land available in the city is just 500 acres.
KE said that there are around 5K acres of government lands are available around 10 KM of the distance. As per KE, there is no land available in any other districts as much as it available in Kurnool district. KE also not wants the Capital city in his native Kurnool. KE has committed to implement to fulfill 50% of sops given by CBN.
