As per the Business Advisory Council (BAC) meeting, Speaker can decide the Agenda and allocation of the time to the parties. This is what the proceedings happened before starting any sessions of the Assembly. TDP, YSRCP and BJP have represented in current AP Assembly. Since there is no second opposition in the assembly, YSRCP is sure to get enough time to participate in the discussion.
YSRCP President YS Jagan was initiated the speech as leader of the opposition in the Assembly. Speaker Kodela was allotted One hour time to the Opposition leader. Jagan has continued his speech even after two hours during the debate. TDP raised the objection on exceeding the time allocation of YS Jagan and also asked the Speaker to give chance to TDP members. Jagan was got angry on TDP members and said he only decide as a President of YSRCP to decide on speech.
Jagan said “TDP has no right to interfere on our party affairs. It’s not their (TDP) interest to decide on our Speech.” AP Speaker Kodela suggested Jagan not to consume whole allocated time on the subject. This is not democracy. As per buzz, YSRCP leaders like PeddiReddy and Srikanth Reddy told to Speaker secretly that Jagan only will talk today in the assembly. Jagan unnecessarily exposed the weakness of the party in the house. Jagan behave that his leaders has no enough knowledge on the subject.
