Two governments can get clear picture after the division of the Civil Servants between two states as per the Prathyusha Committee. IAS Officer JSV Prasad allotted to Telangana Government in the division. JSV has opted for Telangana even though he born in Ananthapur. Now he is working as Chief Secretary of AP Industries. Telangana Chief Secretary Rajeev Sarma has invited JSV to Telangana.
At the time of the division of the Civil Servants, JSV was there in Delhi along with two Chief Secretaries. Rajeev Sarma welcomed JSV to Telangana. JSV replied to Rajeev that he provide the address proof in Anthapuram to Centre when he was writing IAS exams. As per JSV, Union Government had lost his details.
For IAS training, he lived with his parents in Hyderabad and gave the details to UPSC. JSV said that Union Government was sent him to Telangana as per Hyderabad Address details. JSV wife is working in Hyderabad and his children studied in Hyderabad. He has own house in Hyderabad. Barring all these, JSV is ready to go Andhra Pradesh. He applied again to UPSC with changed address.
