The bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh is now having its effect on the education system and the syllabus as well. According to reports, the books which are in circulation now are all set to be edited in a major way.
Sources say that education minister Jagadishwar Reddy has passed instructions in this regard and very soon all the history and references related to the history of Andhra Pradesh will now be deleted.
Apparently, the government believes that all the references until now were only for Andhra history while Telangana history was intentionally left out. Despite the fact that the bifurcation is done, it appears that the poison of hatred still seems to be present in few people.
Hence from now a team of experts would be deciding the right course of history for Telangana which would be soon incorporated in Telugu textbooks from next academic year. Experts say it has to be done very much carefully!
