Chief Minister CBN said that Telephone operators have co-operated with the Government in restoring Telecom services in three districts. They were participated in rescue operations after CBN gave them the warning. CBN said that Private Telecom Towers have restored their services in quick.
CBN said that by the end of the Saturday evening, 90% Telecom services have been restored, 80% Power and 90 to 100% of drinking water will be provided. It will take time to restore all Private Telecom Network Towers. He said one Network Tower will cater all needs of the other users.
CBN said that Telecom companies have agreed to 30 minutes of free talk time to all the users and will added 50/- balance to all user accounts. CBN said that name of the Visakhapatnam is likely to be changed. Some are suggests New Visakha and Proud Visakha for the city.
