Diwali festival has nearer to come in 4 days. Greenery in Vizag has washed away because of HUDHUD Cyclone. Many trees were fall down on the road. There are many problems still to be resolved. Electricity and Communication has not yet restored completely in the city. Chief Minister CBN has tries his level best to bring the city into normalcy.
CBN vowed to bring the light (electricity) in every house in Uttarandhra districts before Diwali. He requested Vizag people to away from Diwali celebrations for this year. He warned that all fallen trees have dried. If sparks of the crackers fallen on dried leaves of the trees that would become fire accidents. He is not against to the Diwali celebrations. CBN said that people have to celebrate after the building the new city.
CBN ordered not to sell crackers in the city. Government doesn’t give any permission to sell the crackers in the city. Adding to that, previous approvals are also cancelled. CBN decision was disappoints the dealers of the crackers business. His request not to celebrate the Diwali is precautionary measure to prevent fire accidents.
