After the bifurcation of the united AP into Telangana and Andhra Pradesh has brought in many problems no doubt! The Telangana govt has got surplus budget but that did not do any kind of favour to the people and the problem of loan waiver still is there.
However, Telangana has planned a very fat budget with many hopes pinned on the Centre's support. The budget of loss is Rs 17,398 crores where the Telangana is eligible to get Rs 10,000 crores under the Fiscal Responsibility Budget Management Act (FRBM).
However, this act states that the loans of any state should not be more than 3% of state's GSDP. However, KCR's request is to increase the support so as to consider the new state formed problems. The Telangana minsters have many times sent their plea to the Centre bu still there was no response.
The new budget announced by the Telangana Ministers will be approved by November 28th in the Assembly and the budget will be set to action from December 2nd. So, what do you think? Will Centre be in support of the Telangana plea?
