Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao is all set to expand his cabinet for the first time. He will be taking 6 more candidates in to the cabinet this time. However Srinivas Goud who steered all the Employees Associations during the agitation time and helped immensely to Telangana and TRS cause is not going to get berth in this expansion.
Srinivas Goud is appointed as Parliamentary Secretary which equals to the grade of deputy minister. Telangana agitators are breathing fire on the Chief Minister for giving cabinet posts to other party leaders like Tummala Nageswara Rao who recently jumped in to the party and ignoring actual workers who strove for Telangana cause. KCR already is carrying the bad names of trying to deactivate Telangana JAC and other JACs who fought during the agitation days.
There is also a displeasure that the JACs were not given tickets properly in the recent elections too. It is said that Tummala Nageswara Rao, Lakshma Reddy, Konda Surekha, Chandulal, Jupalli Krishna Rao are almost confirmed for the cabinet berths. They will be taking oath on 16 of this month at Raj Bhavan. With the intake of this six members, the total count in the cabinet reached 18 which is the maximum that Telangana government can have.
