Now, the Telangana Chief Minister has framed another bumper offer to the MPs by giving them travel allowances every month. The amount is Rs 50,000 per each MP. However, the MPs working as Union Ministers are exempted from this financial aid.
These allowances are applicable to Rajya Sabha as well as Lok Sabha MPs. But, there has been objection about this issue that the MPs will already be getting good amounts from Centre and so why do they need to be given travel expenses is the question people are shooting out.
However, exemption in case of TRS will not save anything for them, because the BJP and TDP will be given the Union Ministries and nothing can be saved. However, incase in future if any TRS MP gets a chance in the Cabinet then this rule may apply.
