Telangana Chief Minister KCR has implemented what he think in his mind. Restrictions on media have started at Secretariat in phase level. Since last three days there are rumors the encircled in all channels that Telangana Government is going to put restrictions on both electronic and print media in Secretariat.
KCR was used famous management theory “Carrot and Stick” on media. Companies have followed this theory for improving the performance of the employees. But KCR is using to implement this theory for political interests. KCR met some Press representatives before implementing the restrictions. Telangan Press Academy Chairman Allam Narayana said that imposing restrictions on media is very small thing.
Everyone has surprised after listening his words. Narayana said that Telangana Government approved 100 crores corpus fund for the welfare of the journalists. KCR has granted 10 crores immediately for their welfare and promised to include another huge amount in the coming budget. Narayana said that we can utilize the monthly interest on 10 crores for Journalists.
By giving 10 crores to the media, he started to implemented restrictions. No one knows why KCR wants to restrict the media. He forgets the same media helped the Telangana moment that emerges him as leader in the state. Now Journalists have no entry into C-Block in the Secretariat. I & PR commissioner ordered media representatives to leave the C-Block immediately. Telangana Government might issued GO in this regard.
