The Power star and the head of Jana Sena party, Pawan Kalyan has finally opened up out of the closet and has given his first open political statement after AP bifurcation. From a long time, many of his opponents were criticizing on the absence of Pawan from the political scenario.
In what could be a subtle warning, sources say that in his recent tweet Pawan Kalyan has mentioned that he hopes BJP would fulfill the promise of special status given to AP. The issue of special status to Andhra Pradesh has been in dark for the past few months.
Although this is being interpreted as some sort of request, given Modi’s closeness with Pawan which titled the tide in favour of BJP-TDP alliance in 2014 elections, political analysts say this is not something insignificant.
With Pawan, the YSRCP boss Jagan, Congress boss Sonia Gandhi and TDP boss Chandrababu Naidu now in a way voicing out a similar demand, all eyes are on PM Modi and his fellow ministers whether they would do some justice to AP.
