During the recent elections in Andhra Pradesh, there were rumours that Natasimha Balakrishna grew as another power center in TDP and he would be presented with posts after he won as MLA from Hindupur.
However right after the elections Balakrishna maintained stoic silence and saw to it that there will not be any controversies created by him embarrassing TDP and his brother in law AP CM Chandra Babu Naidu. Some even appreciated his action by not accepting any post.
But now Balayya blasted TDP’s coalition partner even as Chandra Babu asked cadre to wait and watch. After the budget Balakrishna turned furious and slammed BJP for insulting Andhra Pradesh and its people. He expressed outrage at Union Government led by BJP for completely ignoring Andhra Pradesh in Railway budget and General Budget.
He said Modi Govt conveniently ignored national status to Polavaram Project and allocated just Rs 100 crs and added that if they continue to insult AP in this manner, he will not keep quiet. Some say Balakrishna is having more clarity than AP CM Chandra Babu.
