Well, this seems to be the first time that the Janasena Party Chief Pawan Kalyan spoke ferociously about the prime opposition party in the Andhra Pradesh state, the YSR Congress Party and its President YS Jaganmohan Reddy. On his visit to Guntur District today, Pawan gave a tight slap to Jagan about his false steps.
He dug the past of the previous ruling party saying that corruption prevailed very much during YS Rajasekhar Reddy's time and land grabbing was rampant in many areas. He said that even now Jagan is acting foolish and his ideas are at fault. Blaming Jagan for being a tight-lipped opposition leader, Pawan called Jagan a big fool.
Quoting about YSR's rule Pawan said "YS Rajasekhar Reddy has definitely introduced and implemented many useful schemes in the past. However, these schemes later were corrupted. But at the same time, he was responsible for selling the public properties and assigning those properties to his close associates and corporate companies."
He added "This filthy act has effected the livelihood of two to three generations of farmers in those areas. I would request the TDP government to focus on the corrupted leaders like these and use that recovered amount for the state welfare schemes." Promising people that he is not like Jagan, Pawan said "I will not be making false and foolish promises about giving back the acquired lands like Jagan and other leaders, but will fight to stop the grabbing in first place."
