Well, the Andhra Pradesh government that has finally completed its Land Pooling is stepping into its next step of plan really big for the capital construction. The Singapore team led by the Centre for Livable Cities executive director, Khoo Teng Chye, has given out an amazing plan for the capital building.
It seems the plan will be ready by June this year and the funds for this construction is also being discussed. The Andhra Pradesh state government has pinned all hopes on the Centre but ruining all of them the Centre has pushed the AP's financial crunch into a much worse situation. As Chandrababu dreamt of a World-Class Capital, the meager funds of the Centre will not be sufficient.
So, they are in search of funds to complete the capital construction. It seems the Singapore team has come ahead voluntarily to build the core area which include Assembly, Residential Areas, Raj Bhavan, CM camp office, Courts etc. Here's the another fitting of Singapore government asking to provide land that will be equal to the amount of construction.
It seems the land will be made into a entertainment zone and commercial one. So, because of the world-class facilities, the real estate prices will reach the sky claimed the analysts! So, what do you say?
