Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu is reportedly planning to organize the groundbreaking ceremony for AP’s new capital on June 1, 2015 which is all set to begin a new phase.

With this deadline in mind, sources say that Naidu has advanced his Singapore visit and would be soon visiting the island nation in the March last week before his China trip following which, the joint committees of the Capital Regional Development Authority (CRDA) would finalize the blueprint for the core capital.

Naidu is all set to announce this ground-breaking date of June 1 on Ugadi day which falls on March 21. As the TDP government is very keen for beginning the construction of the new capital on June 1, the master plan is being submitted by Singapore earlier than that.

Naidu is planning for the ground-breaking ceremony of new capital to be a grand event. Apart from PM Narendra Modi and his cabinet colleagues, other invitees is expected to be the chief ministers of Odisha, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu and Telangana.
