In what may be seen as a great news for the new state of
Telangana on tourism front, sources say that local team of researchers have
stumbled upon a rare cave hidden from outside view.
These cave formations, made more of limestone is reportedly believed to be atleast 15-km long with a series of caverns, tunnels and underwater streams which is proving to be a great discovery in recent times.
Now a large team of specialists and geologists are heading to this cave in Ganapuram mandal, and are planning to make this declaration public very soon which would now shatter the records held by Borra and Belum caves of AP.
The explorers are very much excited about this and there are even some imprints of ancient people living here with some inscriptions and markings being observed in the caves, dating back thousands of years.
