The Andhra Pradesh government has been facing lot of trouble from the capital farmers as they approached the High Court to get back their lands even after they have signed the agreements. In this tough situation, the Andhra Pradesh government is likely to release the Land acquisition notification on May 14th.

The villages namely Rayapudi, Undavalli, Penumaka, Betampudiand and Nidamarru in Guntur district will be alerted with this notification. The CRDA officals have successfully pooled 33,000 acres for the capital construction out of which only 10,700 acres of land have been granted on agreement basis by the farmers.

The AP Govt. is planning to make the remaining farmers sign the agreement by May 15th which seems to be impossible now as more than 300 farmers have approached the Court asking the to return their lands. Notably, there were farmers who already signed the agreements but approached the Court to get back their lands.
