Everyone was guessed that Jagan might go to the prison after Narendra Modi took the charge. Even after completion of one year tenure NDA rule, corruption case against YS Jagan doesn’t moved as all expected earlier. It seems that there are many political reasons behind the slowness of corruption case against YS Jagan.
YS Jagan case
There is no active Joint Director from CBI deployed to take care YS Jagan case after JD Lakshminarayana transferred in 2013 in UPA Government. It’s highly not possible to nullify the case against YS Jagan. Once Enforcement Directorate (ED) filed case, it’s difficult to come out from them. Knowing this YS Jagan, seeks to continuous of the case with prorogue in the court. It came to know that one shocking buzz is that “Huge Deal” takes place between RSS and YS Jagan for slowness of the case.
Mohan Bhagwat (RSS Chief)
As per buzz, Jagan paid huge amount of 1,250 crores to Mohan Bhagawat (RSS Chief) for slowness of his case with condition of not opening his mouth against Modi Government. Jagan was targeted his rival CBN and silent against BJP government. BJP used Jagan for political reasons to check Babu in the state.
