NDA Government has planned to announce first gift to Andhra Pradesh in completion of its one year tenure. As per buzz, Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu will make this announcement on May 27th. Rural Development Minister Venkaiah Naidu met Suresh Prabhu and discussed on this issue. Prabhu will come and announce Special Railway Zone to AP in Vizag.

BJP seeks to gain political advantage with this announcement. It seems people in the state are very much angry on NDA government after neglecting Special Status to the state. BJP has a plan to salvage the party image in AP. To bring confidence among the party cadre in AP, BJP invites Suresh Prabhu to AP and will announce Railway Zone among the people.

Suresh Prabhu also assured Venkaiah Naidu on opening of new AP Express. This new train has with all A/C compartments start from Vizag to Delhi via Vijayawada. Existing name changed to Telangana Express. Both name change and new train simultaneously happened on May 27th.
