Ingredients  250 Gms mutton  1 bunch of mint leaves  A small lump of tamarind  2 onions, finely chopped  1 cup tomato puree 1tsp garam masala powder  1 tsp chopped coriander leaves Half cup oil 1 tsp cream  Seasoning ingredients  2 tsps oil 5 red chilies  5 green chilies  Half tsp mustard Method Of preparation 1. Wash and remove the mint leaves from the bunch. Roast the leaves in a pan.  2. Heat oil and fry the seasoning ingredients 3. Grind the roasted mint leaves, tamarind. Half tsp salt and seasoning ingredients to a smooth paste. Keep them aside  4. Finely chop the mutton and pressure cook with 1 cup of water and salt in the cooker, for 30 minutes.  5. Now heat the oil and slightly fry the chopped onions and mutton pieces. Stir in the tomato puree, garam masala powder and the coriander leaves.  6. Now add the mint paste and cream. Mix the contents thoroughly and remove from fire.  7. Serve hot with rice or chapatti.
