APHerald.com – Hi Gopi Chand garu how are you? You’re looking happier post marriage?

Gopichand – Nothing like that. I am same person as I used to be.

APHerald.com – You mean that’s my feeling?

Gopichand- (With a smile) these days many expressed the same thing and even said I am looking handsome than earlier.

APHerald.com – If everyone is giving this compliment then you should accept it and agree .

Gopichand – (With little hesitation and smile) You're right after marriage I got fresh new GLOW on my face.

APHerald.com – Your fans always keeps brainstorming that with six feet height and six pack body our Gopichand looks nothing less to a Hollywood hero, he should definitely act in Hollywood films. Now your upcoming film Sahasam looks near to range of a Hollywood movie?

Gopichand – Yes, everyone who saw Sahasam trailer said the same thing. Chandra Shekar Yeleti techniques and locations will bring you that experience.  I am pretty sure after watching Sahasam you will say it’s a super film.

APHerald.com – The major schedules of the film were shot in Ladak, which is kind of dangerous place. Did you face any serious problems there ?

Gopichand – When we started shooting then we realized the actual level of danger place we are filming. Horse riding in those hot summer … OMG there are many stories like this. To be honest we faced n-number of problems there but after watching the film rushes within minutes we forgot the pain which we went through.

APHerald.com – It’s second time you’re teaming up with director Chandra Shekar Yeleti. Did Chandra Shekar Yeleti write this story especially for you?

Gopichand – Yes. He told me this story before Okkadunnadu. Bcoz of high budget we finished Okkadunnadu movie but Chandra Shekar Yeleti was very curiously interested on this story. He tried to convinces me many times to do   Sahasam and I passed it saying let’s see if we find a solid producer. We found a solid producer in the form of B.V.S.N.Prasad and with Reliance Entertainment coming in to co-produce Sahasam, Chandra Shekar Yeleti shaped up more lavishly.

APHerald.com – Your pairing with Taapsee again, how is it working with her for second time ?

Gopichand – When we shared screen space for first time in Mogudu everyone liked our pair, so we paired again.

APHerald.com – Till date Taapsee is seen in bubbly roles in most of her films, is she same off reel too?

Gopichand – She is too energetic and bubbly in real life. In shooting spot if Taapsee is present then everyone will be in full josh.

APHerald.com – Do you know horse riding earlier? Or did you learn it for Sahasam

Gopichand – I learnt it especially for Sahasam movie only.

APHerald.com – We heard that Sahasam film cinematographer is working for Vishwaroopam 2 movie, is it true?

Gopichand – Yes, you heard it right. Kamal garu saw few scenes of our film, he did not just praise our cinematographer work but signed him for Vishwaroopam 2 movie.

APHerald.com – Can you tell about your character in Sahasam for APHerald readers?

Gopichand – I am playing the role of an ATM Security Guard in this film. My role is very different and you will definitely like my role and fall out laughing fot things which my characters does.  

APHerald.com – Sahasam is your first film after marriage, can we expect a hit ?

Gopichand – Ya, it’s my first film after Reshma entered into my life. I am confident and believe that  Sahasam will be a hit film.

APHerald.com – How is life post marriage?

Gopichand – Hmm … nice, life is so thrilling now.

APHerald.com – Did life changed post marriage?

Gopichand – Nothing big. But after Reshma came into my life I learnt cooking. I cook her favorite and she cooks my favorite food.
