Pregnancy is also backed with rapid weight gain or weight loss. As you gain weight, your body will stretch your skin and develop the stretch marks within. Apart from pregnancy, stretch marks also develop as soon as if you are exercising for a long time. The lines of stretches may fade when exercise is done regularly.


Here are some homemade remedies. Aloe vera is a plant available in most of the kitchen garden that contains gel inside its leaves. You can extract the gel by dividing the leave in two different parts and take out the gel from it. You will observe the stretch marks getting reduced dramatically. 


Honey has antiseptic property that helps to treat stretch marks. Take a piece of cloth and apply honey to it. Place the cloth on the stretch marks. Let it sit until it dries off. Wash it with warm water. You can also use honey scrub as scrub gently with a mixture of honey and salt. Sugar is also the best natural home remedy to treat stretch marks. Use the sugar to exfoliate the skin and get rid of stretch marks. 


Mix a tablespoon of sugar with some almond oil and few drops of lemon juice. Mix them well and apply it on the stretch marks and other skin areas. Rub the mixture on the skin for a few minutes daily before taking a shower. Repeat it for a month and you can notice the result that your stretch marks become lighter. Finally apply oil just three months before your pregnancy, apply oil over your belly which will prevent stretch marks to grow. Best suited oils are castor oil, almond oil, coconut oil, olive oil, essential oils and Vitamin E body oil.
