Soak your legs in warm water and Epsom salts for a couple of minutes. Pat them dry, then apply a seaweed mask (seaweed is a diuretic, which means that it pulls water out), and wrap legs with Saran wrap and a towel that’s just warm from the dryer. Rest and relax for 15 minutes with your legs elevated, Unwrap your legs, and rinse off the mask.
