This June 30th a woman approached Baradari police station and filed a complaint against her husband for allegedly filming their intimate moments and performing unnatural sex. According to her, she was threatened by her husband to upload the video on social media after she protested the immoral act by her spouse. Meanwhile, the police have booked the husband under Section 377 (unnatural offences) 506 (criminal intimidation) and other provisions of the Information technology Act.
She also added her husband recorded their intimate moments on his mobile phone during their wedding night in October 2018 and promised her that he will delete it. But even after several days he didn't delete them. So when she tried to delete herself he sexually assaulted her. Even when she approached her in-laws about the abuse, they did not listen to her and reportedly sided with their son. With broken heart she said she was abused repeatedly by her husband.
According to her she remained quiet until he threatened her to upload the video on social media and thrashed her. After that she couldn't remain quite any more so, she left to her parents house and for there she gave complaint at the Baradari police station. The Sub-Inspector Ved Prakash of the station said complaint seems genuine, so we filed the FIR against her husband.
