The movie is about the story of a rickshaw driver and his friend who goes to the bar to get alcohol. When they step out they find a lady standing in the bus stop. One of the friends ask the lady whether she was a call girl and asks her whether she can spend one night with his friend for money. Another friend steps in rickshaw and moves away. The friend who called the lady misses his bag inside the rickshaw. The lady named Thangam agrees to do so and spends a night in a small studio made for trade. Cops appear and the building gets locked in an unexpected way. How the friends walk out of the mess forms the rest of the story.

Sathyaraj has reprised Lal's character from the Original version and he has done justice to the original. Sethu essays the same character Sreenivasan just from the Original. Anumol takes on Sajitha Madathil’s role. Varun makes his debut as the auto-driver that was played by Vinay Fort in the original.  yugi Sethu, Kalyani Natarajan, Dixitha Kothari and R.Sundar Rajan were effing perfect. The movie had no flaws. Each character lived up to the expectations.

This is just remake of Joy Mathew's successful Malayalam movie Shutter. Editor Anthony has taken a safe route and has opted for a successful movie. He has taken the safe bet and has tasted success. Navin has composed music and songs are average. M.S.Prabhu's cinematography is brilliant. Each frame is perfect and the night shots are taken in dim light. Yugi Sethu's dialogues are another positive aspect. Anthony himself has taken care of editing portion.

The movie starts very slow. The initial phase of screenplay is sluggish. But when things start moving every one needs full concentration to watch the movie. Every time we need to look for the characters as what they will think next. That is the best part about the movie. Anumol as prostitute is the right choice. The movie never bores except the starting few scenes and the ending scene between father and daughter.

Sathyaraj,Yugi Sethu,Anthony,A. L. AzhagappanOverall, A best thriller in recent times !
