Actor madhavan was last seen in the action-packed blockbuster vikram Vedha costarring shraddha srinath and vijay Sethupathi and is currently directing the movie Rocketry The Nambi effect, his maiden directorial venture.
Rocketry happens to be the biopic of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan who was falsely framed in an espionage case, and the movie will have madhavan playing a character with different looks and the actor recently began shooting in London for the younger Nambi. madhavan's debut as a director is Rocketry The Nambi Effect revolving around the life of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan, who got framed in an espionage case and got released much later and was recently conferred Padma Bhushan.
The actor opted for Kajal initially and she denied the offer. madhavan posted few photos of him with Simran from the shoot of Rocketry, and captioned it, "15 years later Thiru and Indira turn into Mr. and Mrs. Nambi Narayanan" and confirmed she's playing his pair after Maniratnam's Kannathil Muthamittal, and K Balachander's Parthale Paravasam.
