He was produced in the court this morning and was sentenced to 14 days remand. With no way out of the case, Bandla resorted to a settlement with the complainant. According to the compromise agreement, Bandla paid Four Lakhs immediately, and he has to pay the rest of the amount by the 14th of the next month.
Informing the court about the agreement, Ganesh's lawyer managed to get the bail. He will be out of jail as soon as the police received the court orders. Bandla had a similar issue with Hero - Producer, Sachin Joshi, and another Producer, Potluri Vara Prasad, as well.
