Lady Superstar Nayanthara has not scored a single hit so far after this year's pongal blockbuster Viswasam starring Thala Ajith as her solo heroine movie, the horror drama Airaa, as well as the recently released sivakarthikeyan starrer Mr. Local, failed miserably.
Nayanthara starrer Kolaiyuthir Kaalam had been delayed by a year and was supposed to release in June itself but the movie had met with a legal issue after a person who holds the copyright to the title Kolaiyuthir Kaalam, the name of a novel penned by renowned writer sujatha had demanded stay.
Recently the court has cleared the issue and it got released and sank without a trace. Helmed by chakri toleti who previously made Unnai Pol Oruvan and Billa 2, Kolaiyuthir Kaalam also featured bhumika chawla, Prathap Pothen and rohini Hattangadi. Now, Nayantara's bad luck with failures continue as her recent release 'Bigil' with vijay also failed miserably. The actress now pins huge hopes on Rajini's 'Darbar'.
