After being bogged down by several flops, Akkineni family hero sumanth has become very careful these days and after a long thought process, he signed a new movie. The announcement regarding the same has arrived. This new film of sumanth is based on malayalam film ‘Padayottam’ which released in the year 2018 in Kerala. This is a gangster based comedy film and the telugu version will be directed by Vinu Yagna.
Also, a new lady by name Aima will be pairing with sumanth in this film. The regular shooting of ‘Padayottam’ remake will begin from december 15th, 2019. Tammineni Janardhan Rao and Sharma Chukka will be jointly producing the movie under East india Talkies and The Manthra Entertainments banners.
The launch and more details will be known in the coming days. The Pre-Production works are happening at a brisk pace. The plan is to complete the entire shooting in a non-stop single schedule. Let us see if sumanth will get the much-needed hit with this remake Project. The actor's last two films — Subrahmanyapuram and Idam Jagath have failed to impress the audience completely.
