This is despite pawan Kalyan's open-letter to Rapaka asking him to vote against the bill, but he did not oblige. This is not the first Rapaka defying the party and embarrassing pawan Kalyan. He always spoke like an mla of the ysr Congress.
For those who do not know, Rapaka is the only mla to have won on Janasena's ticket when pawan kalyan himself lost from both the seats. This suspension would mean that there would be no representation of the party in Assembly. janasena was born six years ago and its stay in the assembly is restricted to just around six months. The suspension means that Rapaka can claim himself to be independent just like Vallabhaneni Vamsi. He will be allotted a separate seat in the assembly like Vamsi.
