Actor Vetri made an entry into kollywood with the critically acclaimed movie 8 Thottakal which was helmed by debutant Sri Ganesh and following his cop act in the movie he was later seen in his second movie Jiivi a suspense thriller which helmed by another debutant Gopinath.
Following the unexpected hit result of Jiivi, Vetri had signed back to back projects and has silently completed two movies titled C/O Kadhal and manam and following these two films, the actor has next signed his fifth movie which had its launch held last week.
The yet to be titled film will be helmed by debutant Guru and will be set in the backdrop of forests located in tamil Nadu - andhra pradesh border and will revolve around a North chennai guy played by Vetri who faces troubles in a dense forest and will feature kgf fame, Ramachandra Raju, as the antagonist. Actor Vetri started his career with the debut directorial venture of Sri Ganesh, the Crime thriller 8 Thottakkal which earned rave reviews and after this, he was seen acting in the recently released critically acclaimed crime thriller Jiivi which was also made by a debutant named VJ Gopinath.
