Now, this movie is remembered for its controversy before release. The release date of the maovie is changed for many reasons. One among them is movie title. naveen Kalyan, a movie maker complained that he has registered this movie and 50% of the shooting is completed also. As per the rules of film chamber, once the title is registered, the title will be transferred only when it won’t continue its shooting for 3 months.
Naveen Kayan says that they have completed 50% of the shooting and he filed a case in court also. How ever, Nag released his ‘ Dhamarukam’ with the same name but the movie gave poor collections after facing so many struggles.
