Hebbuli narrates the story of a military soldier, who protects the people from enemies at the border, but what happens when none is there to shield his own family members. In short, the audience will get to witness the dangerous side of a rebel army man in the Kannada movie. Sudeep portrays the role of Captain Ram who is a paramilitary commando in Hebbuli. Raam returns home following the sudden death his brother and IAS officer Sathyamurthy dies  unexpectedly and Ram wants to investigate the cause of his brother death when nothing favours him. Watch the movie to know whether Ram finds the culprit and takes revenge on him.

Actor Sudeep carries the film on his shoulder entirely with amazing mannerisms and style in the role of Ram. Amala Paul had done justice to her roles. Her chemistry with Sudeep had worked very well and the director's making is awesome. Ravichandran is convincing in his role while Amala Paul gets enough screen time to impress the audience with her charm in her debut Kannada movie. The movie has multiple antagonists which was played by Arasikere Anjinappa and Ravi Kishan but both characters fail to leave a mark on the screen.

All action scenes in the film have been nicely done keeping Sundeep’s fans in mind and to give them reasons to whistle and clap for their favourite actor. The songs in the film are engaging and lift the mood of the audience. A good job by music composer Arjun Janya. The background scores and BGM is the highlight of the movie. Few scenes are little lengthy and other than Sudeep's and Ravichandran's performances is phenomenal. A Karunakar has handled the cinematography has shown some amazing visuals in the film.

The expectations around the film began with the release of the first look poster of the film featuring Sudeep in a commando outfit coupled with a trendy hair style. The film begins with a cute love story, but immediately changes track into a well edited thriller. The film, unlike most of the big star entertainers, is not too long and is well under two and a half hours long. This works to its advantage as it is peppered with just the right amount of comedy and romance, without taking away from the main plot. Sudeep's fans anticipations will be satisfied in the movie.

Sudeep,Amala Paul,S. Krishna,Raghunath,Umapathy Srinivas,Arjun JanyaA highly satisfactory movie in Kannada film industry after some time!
