The story covers regular mindset of youth when it comes to marriage post proposing their love. Madhav (Krishna Madhaav) an architect, every time he falls in love he makes sure there is a problem in the relation and breaks up with the every girl he meets and gets proposed from. This time god Manmadha (Harshvardhan) makes sure, he falls in the love with his childhood crush Gayatri (Samaskruti), daughter of Paramount Biryani's owner. To make him closer to her family she asks his father to appoint Madhaav as architect to their 8th branch. But Manmadha's assistant had another plans to make him get closer to Nithya (Anusha) who stays beside the construction site. Did Madhaav go on with his instincts? Who will win the battle of love Manmadha or his assistant forms rest of the storyline.

One more star from super star Krishna's family is making debut into film industry as hero Krishna Madhaav. He has to work on his histrionics and grace in dancing. As a debutant he is okay. Coming to actresses, Anusha wins the battle hands down, she is pretty and performed aptly in her purview. Samskruti is middling in her role. Harshavardhan tries hard, but it just isn't the kind a role that could do justice to his talent. Dhanraj and Jabardasth team disappoints due to poor writing. Prudhvi as 30 years mestri is fun in parts. Rest of the characters are just there in the film.

From the brief story above, it all seems very predictable doesn't it? No twists, no suspense. Just an old-hat youth entertainer, where in the Hero wins against all odds (which includes god). This is a careless film. Director VI Anand should have done a lot of exercise in the screenplay department. Especially lead character is given no screen time to show his determination as architect or hard work needed to succeed. Two parallel love sequences are not in good taste. The major asset of the film is cinematography by cameraman Prasad. His hard work is visible in every scene. Music director Vishal Chandrasekhar failed to provide a good audio to this romantic entertainer. Two songs are just ok. Choreography is fine. Editing of the film is moderate. Dialogues by S. Jinesh fails to make a mark. They are just very casual. Production values of Hima Creations are fine.

Maheh babu's relative Krishna Madhaav should have been extremely careful in selecting this type of film. He is not geared up himself for this he walks lethargically deliver the without proper wordage. First half of Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi is boring and Pace in the second half is extremely slow, worth about 8-10 yawnings minimum. The final sequences are poorly written and horribly executed. Maadhav's final scenes are over the top. But you very much expect it to be, Happy- ending is a must in Tollywood right. Overall, Hrudayam Ekkadunnadi works to a certain extent but is a terribly let down by the poorly written script and executed first half. It's a typical debut's movie with Poor script.
