Salman Khan is known for the famous hit and run case in 2002. One person was Killed and four were severely injured during this accident. It was clearly mentioned that Salman was driving Toyota Land Cruiser Lexus.
The case is still in progress and there has been no justice so far. Initially Salman Khan said it was his driver who drove the car and later he said he drove it, but he never drank.
His speeches were in contradiction. Now in this case, Salman's advocate Amit Desai while arguing said, "Evidence was made up to build a case against Khan of culpable homicide not amounting to murder under section 304 (ii) of the IPC (culpable homicide not amounting to murder, which carries a maximum punishment of 10 years)"
But RTO inspector Rajendra Keskar said the Tyre was in good condition and no one tampered the car post-acident. The arguments will continue today.
