Samantha recently did role of antagonist in '10 Endrahtukulla'. She was seen as a ruthless Nepali. Recently those smoking scenes were shared by Samantha on social networking sites and this has caused ripples.
The movie got released on 21st and pirated copies came on the same day itself. Few excited fans took screen shots of Samantha smoking scene. In the photos, Samantha was shown exhaling smoke from her nose.
Samantha also shared that in her Twitter page. Social activists has condemned such a shameful act and on other hand distributors have expressed their rage as this is like promoting piracy.

Regarding this distributors leader Kalaipuli Sekaran said, "Senior actors like Rajinikanth have decided not to smoke in movies. And Samantha smoking in a movie is a clear shame. And the worst thing is when she shared those photos as if she has achieved something."
