'Inji Idupazhagi' is a bi-lingual project and the Telugu version is titled as 'Size Zero'. Prasad V Potluri under PVP cinemas banner produce the project. Prakash Kovelamudi directs the venture. M.M.Keeravani has composed music.

Arya has done male lead role and Sonal chauhan will be seen in a crucial role. Madhan Karky has wrote the dialogues for the Tamil version. The Audio launch of the movie took place yesterday at Sathyam cinemas. Actor Nassar, Director Mohan Raja, Lyric Writer Madhan Karky attended the Audio launch event along with Anushka and Arya.
Nassar who spoke at the event said, "I have came to this event as a father. My daughter Anushka has acted in the movie. When she said she is going to act in such a movie, I was shocked. I adviced her to use prosthetic make up. But she said she is going to take all pains and increase her weight. That showed her professionalism.
Most of them have a wrong opinion on Arya. I have worked with him in three movies. He will keep the surroundings happy. Today's hero is music composer Maragathamani. He is composing tunes with equal to Ilayaraja."
