Raj Tharun and Hebah Patel's Kumari 21F has completed its censor formalities the other day. The movie had received 'A' certificate. Getting 'A' certificate is not anything new but the content of the film is even more than that sources say. Inside sources say even the censor officials were shocked with the bold content.

They say that the film had many intimate scenes, lip locks and lot of objectionable dialogues as well. The makers reportedly have used their influence with the board members and minimized the number of cuts. Even then sources say the cuts list is very high. This is totally unexpected in a film penned by Sukumar whose films are usually devoid of such sleaze.

Kumari 21F is all set for a grand release on 20th of this month. The movie will be clashing with Kamal Hassan's Cheekati Rajyam. On the other side, there are rumours that Kumari 21F is inspired from Venkatesh's Pelli Cheskundham in which a man who marries a woman who gets raped.

However, the director Palnati Surya Pratap  had rubbished this as a baseless rumour. He confirmed that the heroine in his film does not get raped and there is no link or inspiration with that film. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. Hebah Patel is making her Telugu debut with this film
