'Ant-Man' is one of the biggest successful movies in 2015. Marvel produced the project and it was an earth shattering success. But there were lots of unknown trivia about the movie. We are bringing you those specially for you.
• The Size-Shifting mechanism was lifted from comic books. Ant-man comics was referred and later they used Stop-Motion and Multiple exposure shots to make it more creative.
• The VFX artists made a separate software and decided to provide a new look for the visual effects. These techniques include macro photography (digital mattes of enlarged environments) and motion-capture. Some wide angle lenses were used to get some good ambiance for Ant man in giant environment.
• In the start of movie, they show a building being constructed. That building was S.H.I.E.L.D's main quarters in 'Captain America : The Winter Soldier'.
• The movie was filmed with an aspect ration of 1.85:1 rather than usual 2.35:1. This was done to show the short stature of the Antman character.
• When Ant-man says they need to contact Avengers, Pym responds by saying that they are busy making a city fall from sky. This is direct reference to 'Avengers : Age of Ultron'.
• Emma Stone was initially considered to do the female lead role.
• Sean Bean, Pierce Brosnan and Gary Oldman were considered for the role of Hank Pym.
• John Slattery reprises his role as Howard Stark, Tony Stark's father, from Iron Man 2 (2010).
