LYCA Productions are slowly evolving as one of the major production companies in India. They started their production venture with Vijay's 'Kaththi' and slowly they started distributing various movies. 'Naanum Rowdy Dhaan' was a huge success in recent times.
They also bagged rights of 'Visaranai' and they are currently producing GV Prakash's 'Enaku Inoru Peru Iruku', Rajini's '2.O'. Now it seems they are going to join hands with Kamalhaasan for a mega project just like '2.O'.
Speculations are on that it might be 'Maruthanaayagam'. It was Kamalhaasan's dream project. Kamalhaasa is right now in Dallas (Texas), USA for "Life again", A global initiative for cancer care and awareness. He recently dropped a project with Amala Akkineni.
So things are getting interested as he met LYCA representatives. Subash Karan discussed with Kamal for few hours. So far none of the official confirmation is made on this project.
