It seems South Indian actress behave as per the proverb, "You get better just like wine". Matured actresses such as Anushka, Trisha, Kajal Aggarwal and Anushka who have crossed 30 are still ruling Tollywood and Kollywood. Young actresses are shell-shocked due to this.
An actress life begins when she enters 18 or 20. But by the time she enters 25, she is considered as middle aged actress and she will be replaced. This is a common trait found in movie industry. And if an actress survives after 30+, it is indeed a big privilege.
But right now, Nayantara, Trisha, Kajal and Anushka has proved everything wring. Nayantara who is a matured actress is still ruling Kollywood. Her 'Maya' struck bull's eye in both Tamil and Telugu. This year she has five projects under her belt. Anushka is going to have a dream year as she has 'Singam 3' and the magnum opus 'Baahubali 2'.
Last year even though she never tasted success, her market stands tall. Trisha is just as fresh as an apple taken out of a fridge. Even though she is 32, she still resembles young and she is right now working on female centric movies too. Kajal Aggarwal who is 30 years is working with next generation heroes as well as matured heroes. She has signed her new projects with STR and Vikram.
All these actresses have more than four movies under their belt and they are giving a tough time in glamour as well as performance oriented roles for young actresses like Rakul Preet Singh, Keerthy Suresh and so on.
