PVR, Inox and Cinepolis are offering lower Share percentage and are also refusing advances to the distributors. Sardaar Gabbar Singh distributors have invested huge bucks and are rightly expecting advances. While Single Screen theaters and Local Multiplexes are ready, big corporates are refusing to pay.
These corporates make big bucks on distributors investment and only pay the distributor share 2-3 months after the movie release. The distributors are already losing lot of money in the form of interests. Now offering lower distributor share will further dent the distributors.
